The penultimate episode of Season 1, we come to a 2-episode story arc and a cliffhanger. I have no idea which Sherlock Holmes story this episode references, if any.
The brigade is called to Maison Yvrard, a successful gourmet ice cream company, where the glacier has been found dead in a freezer. Maybe things aren’t as successful as it appears. Charlie quickly homes in on company founder Vincent Yvrard. He’s played by Stéphane Brel, whom I automatically suspect because he excels at playing honest-looking handsome guys who turn out to have no problem with criming (see the final episode of Les Pennac(s) and the Candice Renoir Halloween special). In that way he's sort of the male Anne Caillon.

Meanwhile, Georges has gone off to their lakeside country house for some relaxation and to polish his chess game.
NOTES
5’18”: Claus Henssge (1936-2021) was the German doctor who developed the standard formula for estimating time of death, expressed in a table or grid.
Cours Selaya (6’48”) is a beautiful open-air arcade market, on Nice’s central waterfront on the Quay Etats-Unis, a street that I have a feeling will soon be renamed.
Cigales, cicadas (6’56”), are very common in Nice and Provence, there’s a lot of folklore about them.
Coupable, ‘culprit/guilty party,’ is the standard term for perpetrator. I’ve decided that when it’s said so fast you can’t hear the -le, as Chris does (7’58”), I’m going to start translating it as ‘perp.’
Tu tombe bien (8’12”) means ‘you came to the right place/time.’ But that’s too many words, so I’m shortening it to ‘you’re right on time.’
Charlie introduces herself as ‘Captain Charlie Holmes’ (8’54” c.f.), which seems like a high rank for someone who was just recently on the complaints desk. Maybe it was nepotism.
Then she asks ‘Are you all right? Are you hanging on?’ But instead of accrocher (hang) she contracts it to accro.
When Loïc says Encore (14’35”), I’m assuming he means it in the way an audience shouts it after a great performance.
Florence-ism: Il faut rester pas la trier les lentilles (17’16”) means ‘don't sit there sorting lentils.’
TCA (20’14”) stands for troubles du comportement alimentaire, ‘Eating Behavior Disorders.’
Florence says they have mauvaise pioche on leads (21’12”)-- a ‘bad hand.’ Basically, ‘we’ve got nothing.’ Then she uses cerné, ‘identified,’ to refer to what is known about Ji-Young. But she’s already “identified,” Florence means “have the full picture.”
22’16”: Shazam could not identify the K-pop song. Songalag hateu is the Korean 'finger heart.' Supposedly, crossing your thumb and index finger looks like a heart. I don't see it.
Florence-ism: She tells Samy, pas la peine de tortiller du cul, ‘no need to wriggle your ass’ (26’39”), which is the short form of pas la peine de tortiller du cul pour chier droit, ‘no need to wriggle your ass to shit straight.’ It means ‘don’t complicate things.’
36’15”: I can’t make out what Florence is saying Elena maybe was rummaging through, le pad-something, I’m putting ‘storage.’
Here’s a new one: GAV (37’00”) is short for garde à vue, ‘custody.’
Here’s a good one. Charlie runs out of battery and she swears Nom d’une pipe (40’15”), which literally means ‘[in the] name of pipe.’ The dictionaries will give you a family-friendly translation like ‘Good heavens!’ However, the truer translation I've used is more vulgar.
Samy’s apartment (41’15”) is located in the New’R Building at 18 Mail Pablo Picasso in Nantes. It was designed by the Paris firm Hamonic+Masson. A mail is a mall.
Charlie explains to Chris that Angele saw Vincent and Ji-Young en train des faire des petites galipettes, ‘doing little somersaults’ (43’40”). I’ve translated it as something comparable in English.
The D31 (45’05”) is a generally north-south highway east of Nantes. The Pont du Mauves is what I think is called a steel truss bridge, crossing the Loire between Mauves-sur-Loire (northern bank) and Divatte-sur-Loire (south bank).
46’53”: Uh, yes she did know. She went to her dad’s office and deleted the security video, and then ditched the phone in Sofiane’s trash.
Carquefou (49’49”) is a city of 20,000 on the northeastern edge of Nantes. It's known for its beautiful parks and forests.
As we reach the end, a final thought. SPOILER AHEAD

I can’t stand storylines where the hero/heroine is obviously being framed, but their colleagues hasten to throw them under the bus anyway. It's not believable and is done so often it's become clichéd.
